- Swiss Nanoscience Institute (SNI), University of Basel (Jan 2014 - Dec 2017):** Planned, designed, and implemented facility management software for the Nanoimaging Lab and its 200 users. Developed a platform for student program coordinators to manage internships and courses.
- Co-Founder & Software Developer (Jul 2009 - Jul 2014):** Developed and launched websites, web applications, and microsites for small/medium businesses. Implemented customer, appointment, and invoice management systems (CRM) for clients in various industries.
Notable Projects
- ModelArchive platform: Developed a new version of the platform, enabling the depositing of macromolecular structure models using tools like Django, DjangoRestFramework, AngularJS, and Bootstrap.
- CAMEO and SWISS-MODEL: Maintained and improved the functionality of these tools for modelling servers and protein modelling.
- Facility Management Software for Nanoimaging Lab: Planned, designed, and implemented software for the Nanoimaging Lab at the Swiss Nanoscience Institute, serving 200 users.
