Biography

Joshua Bambrick is a Senior AI Research Engineer at Isomorphic Labs in London, England. He previously worked at Bloomberg as part of their London Machine Learning team. Bambrick is from Holywood, Northern Ireland, and has over ten years of experience in the tech industry. He graduated from the University of Cambridge in 2017 with a degree in Machine Learning (MEng) and Computer Science (BA).

During his time at Cambridge, Bambrick was elected as a Scholar of Jesus College and received the Carruthers Prize for graduating first in his class in college. He also received the M R Gillespie Memorial Prize from Sullivan Upper School for graduating first in Further Mathematics, as well as the same prize for Physics. Bambrick was also recognised as Microsoft-Sponsored E-Learning Pupil of the Year for a technical project that was used as an exam board case study and presented in Vienna, Austria, and Salvador, Brazil.
